The location of a locker or the safe determines the material affluence of a house. According to Vastu, lockers or Tijori must be idyllically located in the West of South West direction.

The locker must have it’s back towards the south wall, the front of the locker must face the north wall. It is also suggested to not place the locker in the north-east corner; as it may cause loss of wealth.

The South-east and north-west corner are not preferred either, as that can lead to unnecessary expenditure.

West of South-West is the zone for savings that helps in retaining and gaining monetary assets and hence is best suited for keeping the Tijori or Lockers.
